In the name of God amen, I Elizabeth Quayle of Cronk Urleigh in the parish of Kirk Michael being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding but knowing the uncertainty of human life, do make this my last will and testament in form and manner following:
In the first and principal place, I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial
I leave and bequeath to the poor of the parish of Kirk Michael the sum of six pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to the trustees of the Wesleyan chapel of Ballagarrow for the benefit of said chapel the sum of three pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath Elenor Quayle, wife of John Quayle, blacksmith, of Kirk Michael village forty pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to Helena Quayle, daughter of John Quayle, mason, of Kirk Michael village a feather bed
I leave and bequeath to Mary Ann Mylrea, daughter of John Mylrea of Cronk Urleigh, the sum of three pounds sterling and the clock
I leave and bequeath to Ann Cretney, wife of Robert Cretney, the sum of fifty pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to Elizabeth Corlett of Ramsey the sum of three pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to John Quayle, my nephew of Douglas the sum of forty pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to Martha Brew my niece the sum of forty pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to my niece Elizabeth Killey of Douglas the sum of ten pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to William Brew of Chester the sum of five pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to my niece Jane Brew wife of the beforementioned William Brew the sum of five pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to my nephew Thomas Brew of Douglas the sum of two pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to Robert Brew of Saltney near Chester the sum of fifteen pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to my niece Margaret Gick of Liverpool the sum of two pounds sterling
I leave and bequeath to the witnesses of this my last will and testament the sum of two pounds sterling each
Lastly I nominate and appoint Emma Mylrea, oldest daughter of John Mylrea of Cronk Urleigh, whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament
As witness this my subscription this twenty sixth day of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy five Oct 26th 1875

William Quayle and William Henry Corjeag the ... witnesses to the .. foregoing paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth Quayle ... Cronk Urleigh in the parish of Michael spinster deceased who died .. on the 5th day of March 1877, having made oath on the Holy Evangelist that the testatrix ......................... and duly executed and acknowledged the same as and for her last will and testament by putting her cross mark ... in their presence and that they at her request and in the presence of eachother did then and there subscribe their names as attesting witnesses.
Emma Mylrea of Cronk Urleigh of the said parish of Michael spinster the executrix in the said will named is therefore sworn well and truly to fulfill and execute the said will and to administer all and singular the personal estate and effects of the deceased by paying ... just debts ............ and testamentary expenses of the deceased and the legacy contained in the said will so far forth as ... his estate and effects will ... and .... and the law bind her and to return unto the Episcopal Registry of this Isle and Diocese of Sodor and Man a full true and proper inventory of the said estate and effects with an accurate account of his acts and procedings in the premises when ... lawfully required and to these ends she has given pledges, namely John Mylrea of Cronk Urleigh and William Henry Corjeag of Glen Wyllin, both in the said parish of Michael, who have entered into and executed the usual Bond in presence of the Court.

- Younger daughter of John Quayle & Mary Crellin, b1791 in Michael
- She was 78 when she died
- The distributions for Elizabeth's estate were to the church, and mostly to her female relatives (or their children)
- She did not marry, and lived with her mother Mary until Mary's death in 1847, then with her niece Margaret Mylrea als Barrie als Brew at Cronk Urleigh for the next thirty years
- The executrix was Emma, the older daughter of John Mylrea, and her sister Mary Ann also received a legacy
- She made previously settled a piece of quarterland on her great nephew, John Mylrea,
